Warranty
Confidence for
the road ahead.
Eligible VNG suspension products come with up to a 2-year warranty. Here is what is confirmed, and where to find the full terms when ordering opens.
The VNG warranty
The confirmed warranty duration is 24 months for eligible products. Seven BMW references have supplier-stated no-warranty exceptions; check the individual product page. Full coverage terms and product-specific conditions will be published before online ordering opens.
Coverage and costs
The complete policy will explain covered defects, exclusions, when coverage starts, proof of purchase, installation requirements, labor costs and responsibility for shipping. Those conditions have not yet been published.
Warranty questions
For a question about a VNG component, have the part reference and vehicle details available. Photos can help explain the issue. Our support page lists the current contact options.
